OXO Honored at the White House

OXO Honored at the White House National Design Awards Reception

On July 21 Michelle Obama hosted a White House lunch reception for the winners and finalists of the National Design Awards given by the Smithsonian Cooper-Hewitt, National Design Museum. OXO was one of the three finalists in the Corporate and Institutional Achievement category. The three main criteria for the jury are excellence, innovation and enhancement of the quality of life. The winner in this category this year was U.S. Green Building Council. Smart Design, which designed many of OXO's products was a winner in the Product Design category.
